The movie entitled "A Walk To Remember" is my favorite. I chose this movie because it shows the true meaning of love and fate. The part of the movie that struck me most was that when Landon Carter (West) saved Jamie Sullivan (Moore) from being humiliated in the canteen. The students didn't expect him to defend someone like Jamie but still he did because they don't know that he's falling for her.

I can relate most with Jamie because like her, my father doesn't allow me to have a boyfriend or even a suitor because I'm too young for those stuffs. :)) haha. That's all. Nothing more with the similarities.

From the movie, I have learned that no matter how heavy the problem is, don't think of it too much. Don't lose hope and just fight. Think that you can overcome what you are experiencing right now. Just enjoy life with the ones you love, make the most out of it, be strong and think positive.

In Beaufort, North Carolina, a prank on a student goes terribly wrong and puts the student in the hospital. Landon Carter (West), a popular student with no defined plans for the future, is held responsible and forced to participate in after-school community service activities as punishment, which include starring as the lead in the school play. Also participating in these activities is Jamie Sullivan (Moore), the reverend's daughter who has great ambitions and nothing in common with Landon. When Landon decides he wants to take his activities seriously, he asks Jamie for help and begins to spend most of his time with her. But he starts to develop strong feelings for her, something he did not expect to do. The two start a relationship, much to the chagrin of Landon's old popular friends and Jamie's strict reverend father.
