Making the artificial orchid was so hard.
The whole thing was so difficult to do.
It takes a lot of time to cover the wires with crepe paper
and to cut the cloth and paste it into the wire.

I have learned how to be more patient
and on how to manage your time.
If you have no patience then you can't finish this
and if you don't know how to manage your time,
you can't catch up with the deadline.

We started our 1st quarter lesson with HTML(Hypertext Mark-up Language). It was where we learned how to make the codes of a website. At first, it was hard because I'm not still familiar with those codes but since we have a laboratory activity twice a week, it helped me to get used to it. :) HTML was quite easy but you really need to be careful of the codes because if there's something missing or wrong, then it won't work. We might say that it is somewhat unnecessary to learn this lesson but have you realized how great its contribution was? It makes your website attractive and catchy for users and also it may help them gather information.



The 2nd quarter lesson was about making a flowchart. Flowcharts are a diagrammatic representation of a set of instructions which must be followed. This helped us prepare for the incoming lesson for the 3rd quarter which is programming. We have learned step by step processes on how to solve a problem and so on.



Next, programming was our lesson on the 3rd quarter. We were all amazed when ma'am showed us a program where you input the information needed and the program itself does the computation. We thought that was simple but when we started, as usual we start with the basics, it was easy but when we learned the loopings and the different cases, we were all confused and it was like we don't know what to do. But inspite of those, programming was still fun.


Lastly, 4th quarter lesson was about blog and making a handicraft. Blog is a website where entries are written in chronological order and commonly displayed in reverse chronological order. Blogging for me was fun because you just post what you want to say or may be what happened this day and tell it to others. Handicraft making was a lot more fun but also it was hard making the artificial butterflies, the frame and the orchid. This activity requires a lot of patience and also creativity.

With all those things that I have learned the entire school year, I have realized that even though accomplishing those was hard, it was still a great help for me maybe not now but for the future. :DD

ï~A Walk To Remember~ï

The movie entitled "A Walk To Remember" is my favorite. I chose this movie because it shows the true meaning of love and fate. The part of the movie that struck me most was that when Landon Carter (West) saved Jamie Sullivan (Moore) from being humiliated in the canteen. The students didn't expect him to defend someone like Jamie but still he did because they don't know that he's falling for her.

I can relate most with Jamie because like her, my father doesn't allow me to have a boyfriend or even a suitor because I'm too young for those stuffs. :)) haha. That's all. Nothing more with the similarities.

From the movie, I have learned that no matter how heavy the problem is, don't think of it too much. Don't lose hope and just fight. Think that you can overcome what you are experiencing right now. Just enjoy life with the ones you love, make the most out of it, be strong and think positive.

Making an artificial butterfly was not a JOKE!
It takes a lot of time and patience
to be able to do it properly
and to have a neat and wonderful output.


One significance of making a butterfly is that,
aside from buying ready made ones,
it may also be good if you're the one who'll make it
to lessen the expenses.
But just make sure it'll look good. :))
Next is you'll learn how to be patient
with all those stocking to be turned around the wire,
in forming the wings, attaching it to the body and so on.
And also we'll realize that seeing the product itself
may look simple but how handicraft makers made it, was so hard.


My butterfly is filled with dedication.
It is designed with beads and flowers.
It may not be that colorful, but it's beautiful. :))

☼---famiLy dae---☼

February 24. 2008, a day where members of the family were invited to celebrate Family Day in school. But no one in my family went to school. haha. A lot of activities were prepared by the high school staff and also students for this celebration. Around 1:45 in the afternoon, vehicles of each year level were already positioned in their assigned places and by 2:30pm, the motorcade started. Vehicles of the freshmen were designed with green balloons, sophomores with red, juniors with yellow and seniors with blue.

It was around 3:20 when we arrived Tumaga campus. The lobby was already prepared for the mass at 4:00pm. After the mass, around 5:10 in the afternoon, the program started and it was held beside the building. As usual, program starts with the opening prayer, remarks, etc. And then there were a lot of games played where parents enjoyed and also their kids. There was also a raffle draw where anyone can win a smart load, ps portable, mp4, etc. Selected second year students (I'm one of them) also gave an intermission number. Aside from that, two bands also played on the stage.


To end the celebration, there was a fireworks display at around 9:00 in the evening. I can say that I had fun but not really. I found it kinda boring because there were a few people compared to last year and the fireworks was not so great. :'P And then after, my father fetched me and I already went home.

It was so confusing while making the picture frame
but I felt happy with the outcome.
I learned how to be patient and I enjoyed designing it.

Compared to the other picture frames
displayed in the department store,
my picture frame is more colorful.
It may be cheap but more stylish.

month of february is the so-called heart's month
&& february 14 is what we usually call valentine's day.
this is often celebrated by lovers but it is also for families && friends.

these are some of the usual things that lovers do during heart's dae:

♥send chocolates
♥write letters
♥go out on a date
♥have dinner
♥walk along the shore & spend time together

haha. :DD i hope someone will do those things for me. :DD LOL.

for families, what i know is they just eat dinner together
&& for friends, they opt to go to the movie house, window shopping and girl/boy hunting. :DD

Memorizing the codes,

But to try and learn from it too.


It made such technological advances,
